Terms of Service — Mindabove Studio

The service. Mindabove Studio helps you build a structured, verified model of your own thinking — your "mind" — from your answers, your documents, and your approvals. Nothing enters your mind without your approval.

Your content is yours. Everything you put in and everything your mind becomes belongs to you. We claim no ownership. You grant us only the limited licence needed to operate the service for you.

Accounts and eligibility. You must be 18 or older and use your own identity. Keep your sign-in e-mail secure; magic links are personal.

Subscriptions. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. If you cancel, your access to build ends at the period's close and your mind freezes; it does not die, and it returns if you do. Founding-member pricing stays locked for as long as your subscription stays active.

Fair use. Don't use the Studio to break the law, to harm others, or to probe or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

What we promise — and don't. We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is"; to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
