Privacy Policy — Mindabove Studio

Who we are. Mindabove Studio is operated by Inktellect OÜ, a company registered in Estonia. Contact: hello@mindabove.ai.

What we collect. Your account e-mail. The answers you give in the Studio — text you type and voice you record. Voice recordings are transcribed to text; both the audio and the transcript are stored. Documents and sources you choose to connect or upload. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your card details. Basic technical logs needed to run and secure the service.

What we do NOT collect. We do not track you across other websites. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers. We do not use your mind's content to train models for anyone else.

Where your data lives. Your data is stored in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany), with our infrastructure provider Supabase. Voice transcription and the engine that helps structure your answers run on processors we contract for that purpose (currently Anthropic and OpenAI); they process your content to provide the service, not to build profiles of you.

Gmail and connected sources. If you choose to connect your Gmail, access is strictly read-only, and only after you approve it on Google's own consent screen. What we read is used for one purpose: showing you how you actually communicate, inside your own Studio. You can see what we see, and you can disconnect at any time, which stops all further reading. Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Your controls. You can export your full mind at any time. You can delete your account and its content by writing to hello@mindabove.ai; deletion is permanent. If you cancel a subscription, your mind freezes — it is not deleted.

Legal bases and rights (EU/GDPR). We process your data to perform our contract with you, and with your consent where required (such as connected sources). You have the rights of access, correction, deletion, portability and objection; write to hello@mindabove.ai.

Changes. If this policy changes materially, we will tell you before the change takes effect.
